General Information
  1. Needle & Art Online Store sells goods via the Internet.
  2. All prices of goods displayed in Needle & Art Online Store are gross amounts (expressed in PLN), inclusive of VAT.
  3. The price displayed with each product shall become binding the moment the Client places an order. The Store reserves the right to modify prices of goods contained in its offer, include new products in the offer, introduce and cancel promotional actions on the Shop’s website and to make changes thereto.
  4. All goods sold in Needle & Art Online Store are brand new.
  5. After logging on to Needle & Art Online Store, the Client can view the history of orders and check the current status of his or her order.
Delivery:
  1. Ordered goods shall be delivered within 7 working days from the moment the order is confirmed by Needle & Art Online Store

  2. Orders relative to products which are not currently in store may be delivered within the period of two months. Such orders are processed by a system of automatic reservations and the relevant details are arranged with the client.

  • Return of Goods

  1. Pursuant to the Act on Protection of Certain Consumer Rights and Liability for Damage Caused by a Dangerous Product dated 2 March 2000 (Journal of Laws of 2000, No 22 item 271 with subsequent changes) the Client shall be entitled to return any purchased goods without giving any reasons for doing so within 10 days from the delivery date, within the framework of cancelling the contract by means of sending the seller a written statement thereof, together with the returned product.

  2. In the event of cancelling a contract, the Client shall return the unused goods in their original packaging at his or her expense, with the purchase receipt enclosed. The products must be returned without any signs of use and may not be damaged or incomplete.

  3. Should the returned goods get damaged or smashed due to incorrect packaging, the Store reserves the right to reduce the refunded amount by the value of such a damage.

  5. The price paid for the returned goods shall be refunded within 7 days upon receipt of the said goods, to the bank account indicated by the Client or via a postal order.

  1. Needle & Art Online Store shall not accept any return of goods if the posting costs are to be paid on delivery.

  • Complaints

  1. Every product offered in Needle & Art Online Store is covered with a manufacturer's and distributor’s guarantee. Retuned goods shall be accompanied by a sales receipt – the VAT invoice – and a complaint letter containing a description of a complaint and possibly the Client's bank account details, if the Client expects a price refund and not a replacement of goods.

  2. In order to lodge a complaint the Client shall notify the Store about his or her intention to do so, by making a relevant statement via e-mail or by phone.

  3. In the event when the packaging is damaged or when it carries signs of opening attempts, a relevant damage report shall be drafted in the presence of the postman or at the post office, and the acceptance of goods should be refused.

  4. Complaints relative to mechanical damages incurred during transport shall be dealt with exclusively on the basis of a complaint protocol drafted in the presence of a person delivering the goods.

  6. All complaints shall be dealt with at the latest within 3 working days from their being received.

  7. Should the returned goods get damaged or smashed due to incorrect packaging, the Store reserves the right to reduce the refunded amount by the value of such a damage.

  8. The Client shall bear the costs related to retuning any goods the complaint refers to. The Store shall reimburse the costs of posting such goods in the event the order was incorrectly processed (the goods did not conform to the order) and if the complaint has been resolved to the satisfaction of the complainant.

  9. Should the complaint be resolved to the satisfaction of the complainant, the Client shall receive either defectless goods (sent at the expense of the Store) or a refund of the value of the returned goods resulting from the order. The relevant amount shall be transferred to the bank account or sent via a postal order.

  • Confidentiality and Security of Transactions

  1. Pursuant to the binding provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act dated 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2002 No 102 item 926, with subsequent changes) every Client of Needle & Art Online Store is entitled to view his or her personal data, update it and demand that it is no longer processed.

  • Final Provisions

  1. Placing an order is tantamount to a consent relative to storing and processing the Client’s personal data contained in the orders by our Company, pursuant to the binding provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act dated 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws No 133 item 883)
